Hands to Eye Level

  • Stand Upright, Legs slightly apart (comfortable)
  • Take Half Step forward with left foot.
  • As you do move your centre forward and raise your hands to eye level.
  • Hands should be shoulder width apart and exactly straight. (Turned in anyway causes you to be unstable)
  • Move centre backwards, as you do lower hands, closing one finger at a time (only 1 st 3 fingers) starting with little finger.
  • Arms should end up at your sides.
  • Change feet and repeat.
